All contracts are binding. We do not offer refunds or cancellation on webinars. Similarly, these services are non-transferable once it is purchased.


In case you are not satisfied, there is an option to apply for refund of Subscription based programs within 7 days of purchase. This policy may be changed from time to time without notice. The policy will be reflected on the subscription page of our website. You need to write in to our customer service at from your registered email id with us. Our team will respond to you within 48 working hours of receiving your email. Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to customer account within 7 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday.


We organise online and offline events for individuals and groups from time to time. Paid events are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, there will be event specific policies, which may allow transfer of tickets in some cases. For the detailed policies related to each specific event, you need to refer to the event brochure.
